<p>The invention relates to a device for steering a multi-axle vehicle, which vehicle has on each axle at least two wheels arranged on either side of the vehicle, wherein the wheels of at least two axles are steerable, which steering device comprises steering rods connecting the steerable wheels to each other and is adapted such that for the wheels of at least one axle a ratio of a movement of the steering rod and a resulting steering movement of the wheels is adjustable subject to a mode of use of the vehicle. According to the invention at least one steering rod is connected displaceably to the wheel of one of the axles by means of a transmission element connected pivotally to a suspension part of said wheel. The invention further relates to a multi-axle vehicle provided with such a steering device and a method for steering such a multi-axle vehicle.</p> |
