PURPOSE: A roof carrier is provided to fix objects on a fixing part regardless of object size by elastically engaging the fixing part to the objects such that a connection part stretches when a frame part is fixed in a body part. CONSTITUTION: A roof carrier(1) comprises a body part(10), a frame part(20), a hinge part(50), a fixing part(30), a connection part(40), and a fastening device(70). Objects are placed on the body part. One side of the frame part is rotatably connected to the body part. The hinge part is positioned between the body part and one side of the frame part. One side of the hinge part is connected to the body part and the other side thereof is connected to the frame part. The hinge part rotatably connects the frame part to the body part. The fixing part is arranged in the perforated inside of the body part and fixes the objects. One side of the connection part is connected to the fixing part and the other side thereof is connected to the frame part. The fastening device is positioned between the other side of the frame part and the other side of the body part and maintains a closed state of the frame part.
