<p>The present invention is directed a method for the generation and/or expansion of CIK cell and/or NK cells by culturing peripheral blood cells in the presents of cytokines. The cytokines used in the method comprise interleukin 15 (IL-15) and interleukin 7 (IL-7), possibly in combination with further cytokines like interleukin 2 (IL-2) stem cell factor (SCF) and Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (FLT3 ligand).</p> |
