Earthquake-resistant partition

The partition has a primary framework comprising a rail (1) fixed in a lower floor, a joint (8) and an upper rail that is fixed in an upper ceiling, where the rails are arranged in a horizontal manner. A set of plasterboards (7) is fixed to a set of uprights (6) of a secondary framework. The set of uprights is accommodated partly or entirely in the rails of the primary framework. The uprights are arranged to be movable relative to the rails of the primary framework along vertical direction and horizontal direction.
