PURPOSE: A protection device for a window in an apartment house is provided to improve the durability of a window by securely connecting a window frame and a window sash frame to each other. CONSTITUTION: A protection device(100) for a window in an apartment house comprises guiderails(110), posts(120), vacuum adsorption plates(130), rubber magnet pieces, and gap connectors(200). The guiderails are buried in the ceiling and bottom of a window composed of a window frame and a window sash frame. The posts are connected to the guiderails to be slidable and have metal pieces and circular frames. The vacuum adsorption plates are connected to the metal pieces. The rubber magnet pieces are connected to the metal pieces through wires caught between the window frame and the window sash frame and are attached to the outer surface of a glass. The gap connectors are formed on the outer surfaces of the circular frames and connected to the space between the window frame and the window sash frame to securely fix the window frame to the window sash frame.
