PURPOSE: A compound is provided to have improved light-emitting efficiency and color purity, and is able to be used as a light-emitting material, especially as a dip-blue material. CONSTITUTION: A compound comprises a structure represented by chemical formula 1. An organic light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer comprises a first layer which comprises the compound indicated in chemical formula 1. The organic layer additionally comprises a combination of two or more selected from a hole-injection layer, a hole-transfer layer, a functional layer which simultaneously has a hole-injection layer and a hole-transfer layer, a light emitting layer, a hole-blocking layer, an electron-transfer layer, and an electron-injection layer.
