PURPOSE: An automatic transfer processing system and an operation method thereof are provided to register a plurality of accounts for each automatic transfer item, thereby preventing the generation of arrears even though a user does not memorize the whole automatic transfer history. CONSTITUTION: An automatic transfer account registration unit(1100) registers a plurality of accounts in response to one automatic transfer item of a client. The automatic transfer account registration unit registers the whole account of a client name corresponding to the client unit registration setting. The automatic transfer account registration unit registers a part of accounts among the accounts of the client name corresponding to the account unit registration setting. An automatic transfer processing unit(1200) inquires the amount of money which is withdrawn from the registered accounts.
