PURPOSE: A ladder holder and a grating structure for a marine structure with the same are provided to easily couple a ladder to a grating regardless of the installation position or accessibility of the grating. CONSTITUTION: A ladder holder comprises a holder bracket(130), a grating clip(140), a clip fastening part(150), and a bracket fastening part(160). The holder bracket connects a ladder(110) to a grating(100) at the top of the grating. The grating clip connects the holder bracket to the grating. The clip fastening part fastens the grating clip to the holder bracket. The bracket fastening part fastens the ladder to the holder bracket.
