PURPOSE: A command queue control device is provided to reduce power consumption corresponding to memory access by removing memory access necessity when a branch command is processed. CONSTITUTION: A branch command address storage unit(30) reads commands stored in a command queue storage unit(10) and stores branch command addresses. A branch purpose address storage unit(40) stores a branch purpose address branched by a branch command. A state control unit(50) outputs a state control signal. A first comparison unit(60) compares the branch command address and a memory access address. The first comparison unit outputs an activated branch prediction signal. A memory access control unit(70) outputs a command access enable signal controlling a memory(100).
