PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fine paper powder-containing resin composition is provided to prevent staying of the fine paper powder at high temperature for long time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fine paper powder-containing resin composition comprises: a step of supplying a thermoplastic synthetic resin from an upstream material inlet(15) and supplying a fine paper powder from a downstream material outlet(16) by using a perfect mixing type biaxial kneading extruder, milling the raw materials at 210°C or less. The raw materials comprise 20-70 wt% of the fine paper powder with an average particle diameter of 10-100 micron and 30-80 wt% of the thermoplastic synthetic resin.
