PURPOSE: An electrode including magnetic material and an organic light emitting device using the electrode are provided to control the spiHE THICKNESS OF THE METAL LAYER IS 500n direction of electric charges injected in a light emitting layer and to improve the injection property of electric charges. CONSTITUTION: A conductive transparent layer(230) is formed on a metal layer(210). The conductive transparent layer includes transparent conducting oxide and magnetic material. The metal layer includes silver. The thickness of the metal layer is 500Åto 1500Å. The work function of the conductive transparent layer is 4.8eV to 6.5eV.
