The invention relates to a device for humidifying the respiratory air of a user, containing a head mounting which can lie on the head of a user and which extends from one ear region of a user to the other ear region of the user; an arm having a first end and a second end, said second end being fixed to the head mounting and said first end extending in the direction of the nose and/or mouth region of the user; and an outlet part which can be connected to the first end of the arm and which contains at least one first opening. A first fluid can be conducted through said opening to the user. The device further contains at least one acoustic transducer with which at least one audio signal can be reproduced. The invention further relates to a method for using such a device.
