PURPOSE: A shock and noise prevention device for the bottom bar of a blind is provided to minimize shock and noise by allowing a shock and noise preventer to collide with a window or window frame before colliding with the bottom bar of a blind. CONSTITUTION: A shock and noise prevention device for the bottom bar of a blind comprises a bottom bar(20), an elastic shock and noise preventer(30), and covers(40). The bottom bar is installed on the bottom end of a blind(10) and has a cutout portion(21). The shock and noise preventer is composed of a slid groove and an insertion portion(32). The slide groove is formed to be inserted into the bottom bar along the cutout portion. The insertion portion has a latching protrusion to prevent the insertion portion from being easily separated from the bottom bar. The covers are coupled to both sides of the bottom bar to prevent the shock and noise preventer from being separated from both sides of the bottom bar. |
