PURPOSE: A multi-functional electric fan is provided to function as a makeup table by including a guard panel in which a cosmetic case and a mirror coating layer are installed in the front side and to purify and fresh indoor air by including a guard panel in which a replaceable dust-collecting and air-freshening pad is installed in the rear side. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional electric fan(100) comprises a stand(110), a vertical installation bar(120), a height adjusting bar(125), and a blowing head(130). The stand comprises a control button controlling a wind direction and a wind velocity and is mounted on an indoor floor. The vertical installation bar is perpendicularly extended from the top of the stand by predetermined length. The height adjusting bar is perpendicularly extended from the top of the vertical installation bar by predetermined length, thereby being perpendicularly adjusted within a predetermined range. The blowing head is connected to the top of the height adjusting bar and rotates a fan(133) which is arranged in a safety net(135) by operating a driving motor unit(131), thereby blowing wind. A guard panel(140) is comprised in a front central portion of the safety net of the blowing head to be detachably. The guard panel is composed of a detachable case, a mirror coating layer, and a dust collection and an air-freshening pad.
