PURPOSE: A smart communication device capable of preference learning and a preference learning method of a user are provided to learn preference of the user based on an analysis result of data in the smart communication device, thereby accurately performing the reference learning. CONSTITUTION: A data obtainment unit(210) obtains data used by a user. A concern information collection unit(220) collects the data used by a designated mode as concern information. A keyword extraction unit(230) extracts keywords from the concern information. A preference learning unit(240) learns preference of the user by using the keywords. The data obtainment unit includes a near field communication module(211) obtaining the data linked to a tag in a first object with a near field communication mode; a quick response code module(213); and a vision based module(215).
