An endoscope treatment tool for endoscope (1) includes a pair of forceps members (11, 12) supported so as to be relatively movable by a rotation shaft (13), an operation section (40) for performing opening and close operations of the forceps members (11, 12), and an operation wire (20) for connecting the forceps members (11, 12) to the operation section (40), wherein the operation section (40) has an operation section main body (41), a first slider (42) to which the operation wire (20) is connected and which is slidably attached to the operation section main body (41), a second slider (43) which is slidably attached to the first slider (42), a coil spring (57) which is attached to the second slider (43) and is compressed by the second slider (43) being slid to the first slider (42), and pin members (55) that is arranged so as to be capable of being approaching and separating the operation section main body. |
