PURPOSE: A road block for reflecting uniform light to the top face thereof is provided to reduce traffic accidents in the night by enabling pedestrians and drivers to accurately distinguish a sidewalk and a roadway using light emitted from a street lamp. CONSTITUTION: A road block(100) for reflecting uniform light to the top face thereof comprises a lower block layer(110), a reflection block layer(120), and an adhesion layer. The reflection block layer is formed on the top of the lower block layer and is composed of a mixture of cement, fine aggregate, and small-particulate light reflecting material. The light reflecting material is composed of multiple glass beads(125). The adhesion layer is formed between the lower block layer and the reflection block layer.
