PURPOSE: A hip joint dislocation alignment apparatus is provided to enable users to conveniently massage the painful region of a hip joint regardless of time and place. CONSTITUTION: A hip joint dislocation alignment apparatus comprises of a base(20), a massage ball(30) equipped to move back and forth in the upper side of the base, an actuating means(40) equipped in one side of the base to move the massage ball back and forth, and a moving block installed to be moved back and forth inside the base by the actuating means. The massage ball equipped in the upper side of the moving block protrudes from a slide home on the upper side of the base. The actuating means is equipped with a first rotating shaft, an actuating lever, a pinion gear, and a rack gear.
