PAPER MONEY STACK APPARATUS USING SHEET ROLLER AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A bill stacking apparatus using a sheet roller and a method thereof are provided to stably stack bills regardless of the kind and size of the bills in a bill stacking space, thereby improving stacking quality of the bills. CONSTITUTION: A bill stacking apparatus(100) comprises a sheet roller(160), a bill sensing sensor(190) and a control unit. The sheet roller is installed at an entry of bill stacking space(101) for stacking bills. The sheet roller forms multiple elastic sheets on parts of the outer surface of a rotating body. The bill sensing sensor is installed a predetermined distance apart from the sheet roller on a carriage path(180). The bill sensing sensor senses whether a bill passes nor not. If a predetermined time passes after sensing the bill, the control unit controls rotation of the sheet roller.
