<p>Lacquer comprises a double bond containing hydroxyl-functional component (A), a double bond containing isocyanate functional component (B) and optionally a double bond containing component (C). The component A, B and C has a solid content of 30-100 wt.%, respectively. Lacquer comprises a double bond containing hydroxyl-functional component (A), a double bond containing isocyanate functional component (B) and optionally a double bond containing component (C). The component A has a solid content of 30-100 wt.%, a double bond density of 2-5 val/kg, preferably 3-4 val/kg and a hydroxyl content of 4-7 wt.%. The component B has a solid content of 30-100 wt.%, a double bond density of 1-4 val/kg, preferably 1-2 val/kg and an isocyanate content of 4-7 wt.%. The component C has a glass transition temperature of -10 to 20[deg] C, preferably -5 to 5[deg] C, a solid content of 30-100 wt.% and a double bond density of 3-6 mol/kg, preferably 4-4.5 mol/kg. Independent claims are included for: (1) a hardened or partially hardened lacquer produced by hardening or partially hardening the lacquer; (2) a substrate, which is at least partially coated with the lacquer; (3) a flexible composite layer with a carrier and at least a lacquer layer made from the lacquer applied on the carrier; and (4) a method for applying the lacquer on the substrate, comprising surface contacting the lacquer layer of the composite layer with a surface of the substrate and removing the carrier from the lacquer layer or applying an adhesive layer on the substrate, mount-side applying of a composite layer on the substrate and optionally removing a protective layer.</p> |
