PURPOSE: A paint composition is provided to have an excellent quality appearance, mechanical property and acid resistance by containing a blocked polyisocyanate and an acrylic resin with an epoxy group. CONSTITUTION: A paint composition comprises 100 wt% of a blocked polyisocyanate, 450-500 wt% of an acrylic, 5.5-6 wt% of a surfactant, and 3-5 wt% of a viscosity controller. The controlled polyisocyanate is blocked by 3,5-dimethylpyrazole. The acrylic resin is methylmethacrylate, n-butylacrylate, 2-hydrxoyehtylmethacrylate, glycidylmethacrylate, and benzoyl peroxide. The surfactant consists of butylacrylate, 2-ethylhexylacrylat, and di-tert-butyl peroxide. |
