The electric motor is arranged at a radial distance (r) to the torsion bar. The electric motor is drifted through an intermediate gear (28) on the transmission gear that is arranged coaxially to the pivot rod. The transmission gear is positioned at the ends of a hollow shaft gear on the pivot rod.
