<p>The present invention provides a method for producing a tampon having an absorbent body that absorbs fluid and a string that is attached to the absorbent body, the method includes: attaching the string to the absorbent body; causing a regulation section to regulate movement of the absorbent body; causing a holding section to hold the string; and applying a tensile force to the string by increasing a distance in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent body between the regulation section and the holding section.</p> |
