#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves providing a component by using a construction element (100), where the construction element comprises a sound absorbing element (104) as a soundproof bridge with a covering, and the sound absorbing element is made of elastomer material e.g. rubber or plastic foam. A flame retarding supporting element i.e. sleeve (110), is attached with the sound absorbing element, where thickness of the supporting element is smaller than thickness of the absorbing element.
