<p>A pressure regulation tracking valve for maintaining the pressure of a gas relative to that of a process fluid includes a device, responsive to change in the pressure of the process fluid, for changing the pressure of the gas by substantially the same amount. The valve further includes a device for accommodating a pressure transfer medium for transferring the pressure of the process fluid to the gas pressure changing device. As a result, contact between the process fluid and the gas pressure changing device is avoided.</p> |
