The present invention provides a full human anti-TNF-± monoclonal antibody, the preparation method and use thereof. The antibody in the present invention has an amino acid sequence of heavy chain variable region as shown in SEQ ID NO: 6 and an amino acid sequence of light chain variable region as shown in SEQ ID NO: 8. The antibody in the present invention can be used to prepare medicines for the treatment of autoimmune disorders.
