PURPOSE: A food grinding and reducing device is provided to discharge food waste with sewage by grinding food waste twice using a food grinder and a grinding reducer. CONSTITUTION: A food grinding and reducing device is installed under a sink and comprises a food grinder and a grinding reducer. The food grinder has a centrifugal grinder and a cutting blade and primarily grinds food waste. The grinding reducer has a double cutting blade, a filter net, and a bio ceramic ball and secondarily grinds the food waste.
