PURPOSE: A docking station for a mobile phone is provided to include a power switch which is independently switched and three data switches which are switched at the same time, thereby supporting various operation modes. CONSTITUTION: A selection switch(110) receives an operation mode from a user. A USB terminal(120) for a mobile station is connected to a mobile phone. A USB terminal(130) for PC is connected to a computer. A high definition multimedia interface(HDMI)(170) converts data transmitted from the mobile phone into HDMI format data. A HDMI terminal(180) is connected to a TV. A control switch unit(150) provides the data to the USB terminal for the mobile station, the USB terminal for the PC, and the HDMI.
