PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a magnetic substance core-cell is provided to store a thermo-pigment or a color pigment in the inside of the core-cell, thereby easily utilizing for coating a cooking vessel. CONSTITUTION: Lyphophilic liquid including a polymer, a magnetic substance, and a curing agent is injected into an agitator(S11). A liquid hydrophilic pigment is injected into the agitator(S12). The agitator is operated so that some of the hydrophilic pigment is formed into an emulsion state(S13). The Lyphophilic liquid is cured so that a core-cell is formed(S14). The core-cell is separated after a filtration process(S15). The core-cell is cured(S16). The core-cell is separated(S17).
