PURPOSE: An electronic device and an operating method of the same are provided to implement the miniaturization of pixel by sharing a circuit of pixels in a solid-state imaging camera including a global shutter function. CONSTITUTION: A pixel is two-dimensionally placed in a pixel array unit. The pixel includes a PD(PhotoDiode), a charger accumulator, and a pixel transistor. A solid-state image capture device(1) operates the pixel so that an exposure period of every pixel is simultaneously started. The solid-state image capture device operates the pixel so that the exposure period is simultaneously finished. A scanning unit of the solid-state image capture device selectively scans the pixel in a readout period. A mechanical shutter(61) determines a finish timing of the exposure period.
