<p>PURPOSE: A film type actuator using a paper operator is provided to include cavities in an inside and a cellulous film, which an electrostatic phenomenon is reinforced, as an operation unit, thereby manufacturing a thin film type. CONSTITUTION: An operation unit(20) is composed of a cellulose thin film, which a type is transformed, corresponding to an electric signal. Supports(30) form cavities between a lower plate(10) and the operation unit. The supports support and connect the lower plate and the operation unit. When electricity is applied from an outside, an electrostatic force is induced in the cavities.</p> |
