<p>PURPOSE: A black matrix composition which expresses high permeability and low sheet resistance at the same time and a touch panel display device including the same are provided to enhance aperture ration of the touch panel display device. CONSTITUTION: A black matrix composition comprises a binder, a photoinitiator, surfactant, pigment, and solvent. The pigment comprises carbon black and organic pigment. 20-30 parts by weight of the carbon black is included based on the total solid content, and 10-20 parts by weight of the organic pigment is included based on the total solid content. The touch panel display device comprises a display panel(100) in which a liquid crystal layer(150) is interposed between a color filter substrate(160) and a thin film transistor array substrate(110), and a touch panel(300) which includes nano mesh type transparent electrodes.</p> |
