FURNITURE SHEET MADE BY GREEN MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A sheet for environmentally-friendly furniture is provided to improve external appearance by coating pearl-shaped glass particles on an adhesive layer between paper and a polyethylene terephthalate film. CONSTITUTION: A sheet for environmentally-friendly furniture are formed by combining a piece of paper(40) and a transparent polyethylene terephthalate film(20) with a pearl-shaped particle dispersed adhesive layer(30) and stacking an UV-curable coating layer(10) on the external side of the polyethylene terephthalate film. The thickness of the hard coating layer is in a range between about 5 and 10um. The thickness of the polyethylene terephthalate is in a range between 50 and 300um. The thickness of the adhesive layer is in a range between 5 and 40um. The thickness of paper is in a range between 20 and 150um.
