PURPOSE: A sensing data reporting apparatus and transmitting method for a reporting message thereof are provided to directly transmit the reporting message of sensing data to an SNS service provider server using a device with a low specification which does not include a general purpose operating system and a web browser. CONSTITUTION: A sensing data reporting apparatus(100) stores a consumer key and a consumer key secret. The sensing data reporting apparatus transmits the consumer key and the consumer key secret to an operational unit(200) which has a general purpose operating system. The sensing data reporting apparatus receives an access token and an access token secret from the operational unit using the consumer key and the consumer key secret in an OAuth(Open Authorization) mode. The sensing data reporting apparatus receives sensing data from a measuring sensor. The sensing data reporting apparatus transmits a reporting message, which includes the sensing data after an authentication process, to a service provider server(300).
