PURPOSE: A heat pump type air conditioner is provided be compactly installed, and to control the state of refrigerant supplied from a compressor according to operating conditions. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump type air conditioner comprises a compressor(110), a four way valve(130), a first heat exchanger(150), a capillary tube unit(170), second and third heat exchangers(180,190). The second heat exchanger connects a first connection pipe to a first circulation pipe(185). The first circulation pipe comprises check valves(C) on both ends, and comprises a first radiant pin. The third heat exchanger connects a second connection pipe to a second circulation pipe(195). Magnet valves(S) are formed on both ends of the second circulation pipe.
