PURPOSE: A method for constructing a bridge using a precast panel with a connecting bar is provided to reduce stress applied to the center of the precast panel by preventing the precast panel from behaving like a simple beam. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a bridge comprises following steps. A plurality of girders(2) extended in an axis direction is placed between bridge posts or the bridge post and a bridge plate. The girders are placed on the bridge post at constant intervals. A precast panel hangs between the girders so that a bulb(11) of a connecting material(21) faces each other Concrete is placed in a gap between the precast panels facing each other. The bulb is buried in the concrete, and the precast panels are integrally formed each other. The bottom of the bridge is formed by placing concrete into the upper parts of the precast panel and continuous concrete part.
