PURPOSE: An eco-friendly hybrid frying apparatus is provided to improve use efficiency, and to filter used oil so that renewable oil is generated. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly hybrid frying apparatus comprises a main frame(10), a frying tub(20), a drawer type of a purification pot(40), a circulation pump, and a nozzle of supplying renewable oil. The circulation pump is connected to a drain of the purification pot. The nozzle for supplying the renewable oil is connected to the circulation pump through a circulation pipe. The nozzle for supplying the renewable oil is formed in the main frame. The oil in the frying tub is naturally discharged through an oil discharge port. A refining unit is mounted at the upper part of the purification pot, and comprises a filter.
