CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a subsea substructure using three-dimensional scan data comprises the steps of: three-dimensionally scanning the circumferential shape of pile or brace members(10,20) of a subsea structure with a three-dimensional circularity measuring device(30), transmitting the scan data through a communication network to a controller(40), measuring circularity from input scan data, connecting the measured circularity to 3D program to obtain processing data, automatically cutting a brace member attached to a pile or a brace member of a subsea structure with a processing unit(50), and welding the cut brace member to the pile or brace member of the subsea structure.
