PURPOSE: A flexible flat cable is provided to control impedance by controlling line width and line interval of a conducting line. CONSTITUTION: A flexible flat cable comprises a plurality of conducting lines(11), a first insulation film(13), a second insulation film(15), a third insulation film(17), a fourth insulation film(19), and a conductive metal layer(21), and a fifth insulation film(25). The plurality of the conducting lines is formed on the first insulation film. The second insulation film is attached on the first insulation film for covering the plurality of the conducting lines. The first and the second insulation film are formed as heat adhesive property synthetic resin including an insulation property, flexibility, and stability. The third and the fourth insulation film are individually formed on the second and the third insulation film. A conductive metal layer is formed on the fourth insulation film through a photolithography method. The fifth insulation film is formed on the conductive metal layer.
