PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing silk fabric and a method for manufacturing a tie using the silk fabric are provided to reinforce fabric texture in water washing. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing silk fabric is as follows. A first mixture containing dipropylene glycol, emulsifier, and water is infiltrated in silk fabric and is dried(S10). Polyester fabric is attached to the back of the silk fabric and is thermally bonded by an adhesive(S20). The first mixture is selected from a far infrared radiation agent, a UV blocking agent, an aromatic agent, an antifungal agent, a sterilizing agent, a deodorizing agent, and an anti-static material.
