PURPOSE: An electric component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve performance of a transistor by separating a functional element part from a substrate and transferring it to other substrate. CONSTITUTION: A carbon layer(20) comprises graphene. A thin film layer(30) is formed on the carbon layer. A channel layer is formed on the thin film layer. A current blocking layer(40) cuts off current flow between the channel layer and the thin film layer. A source electrode and a drain electrode are formed on the channel layer.
