PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mother-of-pearl enamels is provided to mass-produce mother-of-pearl enamels at low cost and to improve the quality of the mother-of-pearl enamels by coating various colors on the surface of mother-of-pearl. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mother-of-pearl enamels includes the following steps: position holes are perforated on mother-of-pearl plates(S1); the inner lines of a design are drawn on the mother-of-pearl plates(S2); the outer lines of the design are drawn on the mother-of-pearl plates(S3); colors are coated on the outer line-drawn mother-of-pearl plates(S4); colors are coated on the inner line drawn mother-of-pearl plates(S5); position pins are inserted into the position holes(S6); a hardening agent is coated on the mother-of-pearl plates(S7); the mother-of-pearl plates are hardened(S8); the position pins are separated from the mother-of-pearl plates(S9); and the mother-of-pearl plates are cut(S10). |
