PURPOSE: A solid-state image capture device, an operating method thereof, and an electronic device thereof are provided to improve the image quality of a moving image by starting light exposure before reading is finished in the solid-state image capture device. CONSTITUTION: A signal charge, exceeding a saturation amount of charges among electric charges generated in a PD(PhotoDiode) within an exposure period, is overflowed to a discharger(30). After the exposure period, the signal charge in the PD is transmitted to a first charge accumulator. After the exposure period, the signal charge exceeding a saturation amount of charges is transmitted to a second charge accumulator. Plural pixel transistors(11,13~16) read and transmit the signal charge. A scanner scans a pixel so that the pixel is synchronized. The scanner selectively scans the pixel within a readout period. |
