PURPOSE: Producing method and apparatus for dried persimmon including a displaying unit are provided to produce patterns, company names, or trademarks on the dried persimmon. CONSTITUTION: A producing method for dried persimmon comprises the following steps: peeling fresh persimmon(10); pressing and touching an imprinting unit heated at the high temperatures on the surface of the peeled persimmon for producing a displaying unit; and drying the peeled persimmon with the displaying unit to obtain the fully dried persimmon or the semi-dried persimmon.
