PURPOSE: A nonutility electricity generation apparatus is provided to stably offer electricity by continuously charging a storage battery by converting pressure energy into electric energy. CONSTITUTION: A first pressure application unit(50) is combined in inner circumference surface of a hub bearing(20). A plurality of tooth form protrusions formed a shaft core direction of a shaft(40) connected to a constant velocity joint is formed at one side of the first pressure application unit. A through hole of a second pressure application unit(60) is combined at an outer circumference of a wheel hub(30). Each tooth form protrusion formed at the inner circumference surface of the first pressure application unit corresponds to the tooth form protrusion formed at the outer circumference of the second pressure application unit.
