PURPOSE: A PC(precast concrete) beam form system and a manufacturing method of a PC beam using the same are provided to enable rapid and easy installation and dismantlement by reducing the amount of required materials. CONSTITUTION: A PC beam form system comprises a pallet(100), two side panels(200), and an end form. The pallet is installed on the top of the ground. The side panels are installed on both surfaces of the pallets. The end form surrounds the edges of a beam skeleton and lower bars exposed to both ends of the beam skeleton and are installed on the front and rear surfaces of the pallet to fill the gaps between the pallet and the side panels.
