PURPOSE: A shopping mall management system and a shopping mall management method thereof are provided to easily find information for a shopping mall management service used in another shopping mall selling similar or same items, thereby efficiently operating a shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: A group classification unit(131) classifies each shopping mall as a plurality of groups and stores classified group information. A group determination unit(132) determines a group which the shopping mall with a shopping mall management service is involved based on the stored group information. A result evaluation unit(133) evaluates each result evaluation item of shopping malls involved in the classified groups. The result evaluation unit calculates an evaluation average value according to each result evaluation item.
