PURPOSE: A photo automatic recognition, classification, and transmission method and portable terminal thereof are provided to enable a user to transmit photos captured by a camera through e-mail or a web by automatically classifying the photos. CONSTITUTION: An object information creation unit(111) analyzes photos captured by a first terminal. The object information creation unit recognizes an object of the photo.
