摘要
Converting radioactive substances into slightly- or non-radioactive substances by nuclear reactions under energy generation by radiating isotopes, comprises e.g.: coupling a electromagnetic vector potential varying periodically over time with the corresponding electromagnetic fields; generating magnetic and vibrational fields in the isotopic substances; generating a pulsating-directed mechanical vibrational excitation and coupling with the nuclear vibrations of the radioactive isotope substances to be converted; transmitting vibrational energy to the nuclei of the radioactive isotopes. Converting radioactive substances into slightly- or non-radioactive substances by nuclear reactions with energy generation by radiating isotopes, comprises (a) coupling a electromagnetic vector potential varying periodically over time with the corresponding electromagnetic fields into the radioactive isotopic substances to be converted, (b) generating magnetic and vibrational fields in the isotopic substances, (c) generating a pulsating-directed mechanical vibrational excitation and coupling with the nuclear vibrations of the radioactive isotope substances to be converted for aligning nuclear moments of the radiating nuclei, (d) transmitting vibrational energy of the vibrational excitation to the nuclei of the radioactive isotopes for amplifying the nuclear vibrations, to form coherent vibration of the isotopes with the nuclear vibrations and/or vibrational excitation, (e) triggering the accelerated nuclear decay of the radiating isotopes by nonlinear components of the coherent vibrations, which causes a non-linear coupling with the vibrational excitation for accelerating the nuclear decay in a natural manner, (f) reducing the energy transfer to the radiating nuclei by reducing the vibrational amplitude and/or varying the vibrational frequency of the vibrational excitation, (g) uncoupling a large amount of the binding energy liberated in the form of heat or vibrational energy during nuclear decay, without attenuating the nuclear vibrations of the radiating nuclei, and (h) monitoring and controlling the energy input- and energy uncoupling by a control loop, which maintains the amplitude of the coherent vibrations in a stable manner.
