PURPOSE: A method and a device for repairing asphalt pavement cracks using an infrared heating device is provided to improve thermal efficiency by consecutively performing asphalt crack heating and sealing injecting works. CONSTITUTION: A device for repairing asphalt pavement cracks using an infrared heating device comprises a base(10), a duct(20), a heating plate(30), a heating unit(40), a handle(50), and a sealant injection unit(60). The base is moved along cracks(2) formed on asphalt(1). The duct is installed on the base. The heating plate is installed on the bottom surface of the duct and heats the cracks. The heating unit is installed on the base and heats the heating plate. The handle is installed on one side of the top of the base and transfers the base. The sealant injection unit is installed on the base and injects sealant to the cracks when the base is moved along the cracks. |
